57. If the petition is granted, the executive director shall issue a restrictive permit to the petitioner.

57. If the petition is granted, the executive director shall issue a restrictive permit to the petitioner.
The person so admitted may be entered on the Roll only after making the oaths of allegiance and office prescribed by the Act and the by-laws and paying the exigible contributions.
