7. Where a member already holding office within the Tribunal is designated vice-president of the Tribunal, the salary is increased by 5%. However, the new salary may not be less than the normal minimum or greater than the normal maximum of the salary scale applicable to that position.
Where a vice-president already holding office within the Tribunal is designated president of the Tribunal, the salary is increased by 10%. However, the new salary may not be less than the normal minimum or greater than the normal maximum of the salary scale applicable to that position.
Where a member already holding office within the Tribunal is designated president of the Tribunal, the salary is increased by 15%. However, the new salary may not be less than the normal minimum or greater than the normal maximum of the salary scale applicable to that position.
