1. The fixed amounts payable for a permit are the following:
(1)  bar: $600;
(2)  restaurant (sales): $600;
(3)  restaurant (service): $600;
(4)  club: $352;
(5)  grocery: $176;
(6)  cider seller’s: $176;
(7)  Olympic Grounds: $352;
(8)  Man and his World: $352;
(9)  raw material and equipment retailer: $176;
(10)  raw material and equipment wholesaler: $176.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the case of a permit for a seasonal period, the amount payable under the first paragraph is reduced in proportion to the number of days during which the permit is not used.
