176.9. Where the review office holds a hearing, it must give the parties written notice to that effect at least 10 days before the date fixed for the hearing.

176.9. The review office shall fix the date of the hearing, if a hearing is required, not later than 30 days after the date of the application for review, and give the parties written notice of proof and hearing not later than 10 days before the date fixed for the hearing.
