56. The rights and obligations of the Société générale des industries culturelles and those of the Institut québécois du cinéma become the rights and obligations of the Société de développement des entreprises culturelles.
The Act respecting duties on transfers of immovables (chapter D-15.1) does not apply to transfers of immovables under this Act.
