15. (Repealed).

15. The Société shall establish, by by-law, rules of ethics applicable to the members of the board of directors.
The rules of ethics shall prescribe accessory provisions or means of verification to ensure compliance with the provision of article 323 of the Civil Code pursuant to which no director may use for his own profit or that of a third person any information he obtains by reason of his duties.
