R-17.1 - Act respecting the enterprise registrar

14. Neither the enterprise registrar, nor any public servant referred to in section 11 may communicate or allow anyone to communicate to whomsoever other than a person generally or specially authorized by the Minister himself any information obtained under the provisions of this Act, or allow any person not authorized in the same manner to examine or consult a report furnished under this Act.
The first paragraph applies notwithstanding sections 9, 23, 24 and 59 of the Act respecting Access to documents held by public bodies and the Protection of personal information (chapter A-2.1).
