120. Any judicial or administrative proceedings to which a school service centre that ceases to exist on the coming into force of the territorial changes is a party are continued by the school service centre determined by the Government under section 116, without continuance of suit.

120. Where the territory of a school service centre is divided as a result of the formation of a new territory or the annexation of part of its territory to the territory of another school service centre, the school service centres concerned shall apportion the rights and obligations of the school service centre whose territory has been divided.
The school service centres concerned shall send to the Minister, at such time and in such form as he may determine, the apportionment of the rights and obligations of the school service centre which has had its territory divided. The Minister shall publish a notice in the Gazette officielle du Québec indicating the school service centre succeeding to the obligations of the school service centre which has had its territory divided.
The Minister shall rule on any dispute among the school service centres concerned except disputes respecting the transfer and reassignment of employees who are members of a certified association within the meaning of the Labour Code (chapter C-27) or employees for whom a regulation of the Minister made under section 451 provides a special recourse.
