366. No ballot paper may be rejected for the sole reason that its stub has not been removed. The deputy returning officer removes the stub and destroys it.
No ballot paper may be rejected for the sole reason that the mark extends beyond the circle or that the circle is not completely filled in.

366. The deputy returning officer shall consider every objection raised by a candidate or the representative of a candidate in respect of the validity of a ballot paper and make a decision immediately. The objection and the decision of the deputy returning officer shall be entered in the poll book.
