278. Once an elector has voted, the fact is recorded in the registry of electors registered to vote outside their electoral division.

278. The returning officer referred to in section 275 shall give the deputy returning officer the ballot box mentioned in section 277 and the directives concerning the work of the polling officers.

278. The returning officer referred to in section 275 shall give to the deputy returning officer a ballot box, an abstract of this Act and the regulations, the list of electors of the house of detention, a poll book and the materials required for the poll.
He shall also remit to him a sealed envelope, bearing his initials on the seal, containing the ballot papers.
