24. The clerk, secretary or clerk-treasurer of the municipality shall enter in such register, upon the request of the original holder or of any transferee of a debenture issued by the municipality, his name and address, the amount, the date of issue and the number of such debenture, as well as the date of the registration. However, if the debenture is held jointly by two or more holders, the clerk, secretary or clerk-treasurer is not required to enter more than one holder.
He shall also, under his signature, enter on the debenture itself the name and address of the person in favour of whom it is registered, as well as the date of such registration.

He shall also, under his signature, enter on the debenture itself the surname, names and address of the person in favour of whom it is registered, as well as the date of such registration.
