156. No act, deed, document or writing binds the Foundation unless it is signed by the chairman of the board of directors, the president and director general, the secretary or a member of the staff of the Foundation but, in the case of the staff, only to the extent determined by by-law of the Foundation.
The signatures may be affixed by means of an automatic device to the documents determined by by-law of the Foundation.

A by-law passed under this section comes into force ten days after its date of publication in the Gazette officielle du Québec or on any later date indicated therein.
