30.7. The Société is a legal person.
In the exercise of its powers, the Société is subject to the same authorizations as colleges.

30.7. The Société is a corporation within the meaning of the Civil Code of Lower Canada and it may exercise any power in addition to the special powers conferred upon it by this Act. It may, in particular, contract loans and hypothecate its immovable property.
In the exercise of its powers, the Société is subject to the same authorizations as colleges.
