17.2. (Repealed).

17.2. Any representative authorized in writing by the Minister of Transport may at any reasonable time enter upon private property to examine any poster, signboard or luminous sign located there.
The representative shall, on request, identify himself and produce a certificate of his capacity signed by the Minister.
