370. If the Regional Government establishes and maintains such a regional police force, it shall be a “municipality” for the purposes of the Police Act (chapter P-13.1), which shall then apply, with the necessary modifications, subject to this division.

370. If the Regional Government establishes and maintains such a regional police force, it shall be a “municipality” within the meaning of the Police Act (chapter P-13) and of the Act respecting police organization (chapter O-8.1), which shall then apply, with the necessary modifications, subject to this division.
