V-1.3 - Act respecting off-highway vehicles

Disposition versions
147. A person who holds, on 29 December 2020, a civil liability insurance contract required under the Act respecting off-highway vehicles (chapter V-1.2) in force on that date is granted until 29 June 2021 to adjust the insurance coverage to comply with the minimum amounts set in section 11.03 of the Regulation respecting off-highway vehicles (chapter V-1.2, r. 5), enacted by section 140 of this Act.

147.
