323.8. For the purpose of rendering a decision, the board may, within the scope of a consultation mechanism established by regulation or an agreement under the second paragraph of section 33 of the Act respecting the Autorité des marchés financiers (chapter A-33.2), consider a factual analysis prepared by the personnel of an organization pursuing similar objects.
