310. Subject to section 322, the Authority may, of its own initiative, review any decision made by a person exercising a delegated power, by a person recognized under sections 169 to 171 or by a self-regulatory organization.
The Authority must give the persons referred to in the first paragraph or the self-regulatory organization an opportunity to present observations or produce documents to complete the person’s record within the time prescribed in section 318.

The Authority must give the person, partnership, other entity or self-regulatory organization an opportunity to present observations within the time prescribed in section 318.

The Agency must give the person or self-regulatory organization an opportunity to present observations within the time prescribed in section 318.

310. The Commission may, ex officio, review any decision rendered by a person exercising a delegated power or by a self-regulatory organization.
The self-regulatory organization is entitled to be heard at the times prescribed under sections 317 and 318.
