172. The Financial Markets Administrative Tribunal may prescribe a course of action to a person recognized under section 169 where it considers it necessary for the proper operation of the person or for public protection.

172. The Bureau de décision et de révision may prescribe a course of action to a person recognized under section 169 where it considers it necessary for the proper operation of the person or for public protection.

The Bureau de décision et de révision en valeurs mobilières may prescribe a course of action to a legal person, a partnership or any other entity authorized to carry on securities trading or clearing activities in Québec under section 169 where it considers it necessary for the proper operation of the legal person, partnership or entity or for public protection.

172. To be recognized, an organization shall file an application with the Commission, together with such documents and information as the Commission may require.
