12. In the case of the members contemplated in subparagraphs c, d, e and f of section 7, any vacancy shall be filled by following the method prescribed for the appointment of the member to be replaced.

12. In the case of the members contemplated in sub-paragraphs c, d, e and f of section 7, any vacancy shall be filled by following the method prescribed for the appointment of the member to be replaced, but only for the unexpired portion of such member’s term of office.
