143. The owner of every establishment, dwelling, building, construction or other installation located in a forest or near it shall comply with the instructions and regulations of the Ministère de l’Énergie et des Ressources respecting the protection of forests, and shall clear away all forest debris within a distance sufficient to ensure the protection of the forest around the said establishment, dwelling, building, construction or other installation, under penalty of a fine of $10 per day, counting from the day when he was required by the Minister to comply with the provisions of this section.
