T-8.1 - Act respecting the lands in the domain of the State

55. No person may build or improve a road on land in the domain of the State other than a road in the forest or a mining road without prior authorization in writing from the Minister, obtained on the conditions the Minister determines.

55. No person may construct or improve a road other than a forest or mining road on any land without prior authorization in writing from the Minister, and, in the case of forest land, the authorization prescribed in section 31 of the Forest Act (chapter F-4.1).
