44. Every person who obtains or attempts to obtain a refund under this Act by means of false or misleading statements is guilty of an offence and liable to a fine equal to or greater than the amount he so obtained or attempted to obtain.

44. Every person who attempts to obtain or obtains a refund under this Act by means of false or misleading statements is guilty of an offence and liable to a fine equal to the amount that he so obtained or attempted to obtain.

44. Every person who attempts to obtain or obtains, fraudulently or on false representations, a refund under section 10, commits an offence and is liable to a fine equal to the amount that he so obtained or attempted to obtain.

44. Every person who attempts to obtain or obtains fraudulently or on false representations a refund under section 5 or 10 of this act, commits an offence and is liable to a fine at least equal to the amount that he so obtained or attempted to obtain.
