91. The term of office of the chief judge, the senior associate chief judge or an associate chief judge is of seven years and cannot be renewed.

91. In each judicial district other than those of Québec and Montréal, the Government may, by proclamation, order the Court of the Sessions of the Peace to be held in such districts, at such times and at such places in each district as it may think proper.
