85. The Government may dismiss such judges of the sessions upon a report of the Court of Appeal made after an inquiry upon the request of the Minister of Justice; and, in case of any vacancy in the office, from death, dismissal or otherwise, may appoint other judges of the sessions to fill such vacancies.
