84.12. (Replaced).
84.12. The Government may, in accordance with this division, appoint as many additional judges to the Court of the Sessions as there are judges who have been unable to perform their duties for at least two years owing to disability within the meaning of the group insurance plans available to judges.
The number of judges who are not so unable to perform their duties must never exceed the number indicated in section 79, except where a judge who has been so unable resumes his duties. In this latter case, the number of judges who are not so unable to perform their duties must be reduced upon any vacancy among them.
