74. The Superior Court, sitting as a criminal court of original jurisdiction, shall hold, in each district, at least three terms each year.

74. One term of the Superior Court, sitting as a criminal court of original jurisdiction, for taking cognizance of all criminal offences shall be held each year in each district of Québec, except in the districts of Québec and Montréal.
The Lieutenant-Governor shall, by proclamation, fix the date of such term.
