68. The courts, the judges of such courts and the justices of the peace sitting in the judicial district of Bedford have, within their respective jurisdictions, concurrent jurisdiction with those of the judicial district of Saint-Hyacinthe, in civil, criminal and penal matters, over the territory of the municipalities of the town of Saint-Césaire, the village of Ange-Gardien, the parishes of Saint-Ange-Gardien, Saint-Césaire, Saint-Paul d’Abbotsford and the townships of Sainte-Cécile de Milton and Saint-Valérien de Milton.
