67. The courts, the judges of such courts and the justices of the peace sitting in the judicial district of Joliette have, within their respective jurisdictions, concurrent jurisdiction with those of the judicial district of Saint-Maurice, in civil, criminal and penal matters, over the townships of Boullé and Troyes and, north of those townships, over the whole territory not subdivided into townships.
