41. The court in the district of Québec shall have concurrent jurisdiction:
(1)  With the court for the district of Montmagny over the village municipalities of Armagh, Saint-Charles, Saint-Raphaël and Saint-Vallier; the parish municipalities of La Durantaye, Notre-Dame-Auxiliatrice-de-Buckland, Saint-Cajetan-d’Armagh, Saint-Camille-de-Lellis, Saint-Charles-Boromé, Saint-Damien-de-Buckland, Saint-Étienne-de-Beaumont, Saints-Gervais et Protais, Saint-Lazare, Saint-Michel, Saint-Nérée, Saint-Philémon, Saint-Raphaël, Sainte-Sabine and Saint-Vallier; Honfleur and Saint-Magloire-de-Bellechasse and over an unorganized territory composed of lots 548 to 572 of the cadastre of the parish of Saint-Michel;
(2)  With that of the district of Beauce over all suits and proceedings instituted by or against persons resident in the village municipalities of Saint-Anselme, Saint-Bernard and Saint-Isidore, the parish municipalities of Saint-Anselme, Saint-Bernard, Sainte-Claire, Saint-Édouard-de-Frampton, Sainte-Hénédine, Saint-Isidore, Saint-Léon-de-Standon, Saint-Malachie, Sainte-Marguerite, Saint-Maxime and Saint-Nazaire-de-Dorchester; Louis-Joliette and Taschereau-Fortier.

41. The court in the district of Québec shall have concurrent jurisdiction:
(1)  With the court for the district of Montmagny over the electoral district of Bellechasse. Such concurrent jurisdiction shall extend to each of the officers of the said court, and to the execution of judgments. Writs of execution against immoveables situate in the district of Montmagny shall, however, be addressed to the sheriff of that district, who alone shall execute them;
(2)  With that of the district of Beauce over all suits and proceedings instituted by or against persons resident in the parishes of Saint-Anselme, Sainte-Claire, Saint-Malachie, Saint-Nazaire-de-Dorchester, Saint-Léon-de-Standon, Sainte-Hénédine, Saint-Isidore, Saint-Bernard, Sainte-Marguerite, Saint-Édouard-de-Frampton and Saint-Maxime, in the electoral district of Dorchester.
