21. The Superior Court, which is a court of record, is composed of 157 judges including a Chief Justice, a Senior Associate Chief Justice and an Associate Chief Justice.
It shall also be composed of not more than 111 supernumerary judges governed by the Judges Act (R.S.C. 1985, c. J-1). The residence of such a judge shall be the same as it was before he became a supernumerary judge.

21. The Superior Court, which is a court of record, is composed of 152 judges including a Chief Justice, a Senior Associate Chief Justice and an Associate Chief Justice.
It shall also be composed of not more than 111 supernumerary judges governed by the Judges Act (R.S.C. 1985, c. J-1). The residence of such a judge shall be the same as it was before he became a supernumerary judge.

It shall also be composed of not more than one hundred and eleven supernumerary judges governed by the Judges Act (Statutes of Canada). The residence of such a judge shall be the same as it was before he became a supernumerary judge.
