145. Every bailiff shall, where so required by a judge, act as constable without special appointment for such purpose.

145. The Summary Convictions Act (chapter P-15) shall apply to proceedings before judges of the Provincial Court, with reference to penal matters within the jurisdiction of the Legislature, in the absence of special provisions contrary thereto.
