141. The clerk is the custodian of the records. He shall report on the proceedings taken and information received in the discharge of his administrative duties whenever required so to do by the Minister of Justice, by the chief judge or by the senior associate chief judge.

141. Every judge of the Provincial Court shall see that his clerk faithfully fulfills the duties assigned to him.

141. Every judge of the Provincial Court shall see that his clerk faithfully fulfills the duties assigned to him. The judge of the Provincial Court shall in addition report any information collected by him in the fulfilment of his duties, whenever thereunto required by the Government.
