137. In cooperation with the coordinating judges, the chief judge shall fix the dates of the sittings of the Court for each division and in each judicial district.

137. After consultation with the chief judge, the senior associate chief judge shall fix the dates of the sittings of the Court for each division and in each judicial district within his jurisdiction.

137. The person acting as clerk of the judge, other than at the chief-place, shall deposit in the office of the clerk of the peace of the district the records and proceedings, after the final decision in each case, or whenever he may be required so to do by a judge of the Provincial Court.
