124. During the month of January 1993 and every three years thereafter, the Government shall set up a committee consisting of three persons entrusted with examining whether the remuneration, pension plan and other social benefits of the members of the Court of Québec are adequate, and with advising it in that respect.
Within the scope of its duties the committee shall, in particular, take into account the relative value of the office of judge by comparison with other high public offices.

124. The salaries of the judges of the Social Welfare Court shall be paid out of the consolidated revenue fund.
The other expenses occasioned by the application of this division shall be paid out of the moneys voted annually, for that purpose, by the Legislature.
