120. A judge who, pursuant to section 113, changes his place of residence within the prescribed time is entitled to be paid, as a moving allowance, an indemnity the amount and the terms and conditions of payment of which shall be determined by order of the Government.

120. The personnel of the Youth Court shall be appointed and remunerated in accordance with the Public Service Act (chapter F-3.1.1).

120. The clerk, the deputy-clerks and other officers and employees of the Social Welfare Court shall be appointed in conformity with the provisions of the Civil Service Act (chapter F-3).
