115. The Government shall fix, by order, the salary of the judges and the additional remuneration attached to the office of chief judge, senior associate chief judge, associate chief judge, coordinating judge, associate coordinating judge or judge responsible for the professional development of judges of the Court.

115. The Government shall fix, by order, the salary of the judges and the additional remuneration attached to the office of chief judge, senior associate chief judge, associate chief judge, coordinating judge or associate coordinating judge. Once fixed, the salary and amounts of additional remuneration cannot be reduced.
Beginning one year after the last change in salary provided for by order and until the coming into force of a new order, the salary shall be increased annually by the same percentage as the percentage representing the increase of the indemnity of the Members of the National Assembly for the current year.

115. Every judge of the Youth Court shall moreover strive for the protection of children and for good relations between consorts. For such purposes,
(a)  he shall advise all persons who seek his good offices for the rehabilitation of juvenile delinquents, the protection of children who are particularly exposed to moral and physical dangers on account of their surroundings or other special circumstances, and in general, he shall collaborate in the improvement of the lot of unhappy and neglected children;
(b)  he shall act as moderator, when so requested, in any dispute between consorts or between parents and children.
