114. The chief judge shall, each month, report to the Minister of Justice any decision made under section 107 or section 111.

114. The Youth Court is competent to take cognizance of:
(a)  cases of young persons within the meaning of the Young Offenders Act (Statutes of Canada, 1982, chapter 110);
(b)  cases of adoption;
(c)  cases of offences against an Act or a regulation of Québec;
(d)  the other cases it is seized of under the Youth Protection Act (chapter P-34.1).

(a)  cases of juvenile delinquents within the meaning of the Juvenile Deliquents Act (Revised Statutes of Canada, 1970, chapter J-3);
(b)  cases of adoption;
(c)  cases of offences against an act or a regulation of Québec;
(d)  the other cases it is seized of under the Youth Protection Act (chapter P-34.1).

114. The Social Welfare Court is authorized to take cognizance of cases of juvenile delinquents within the meaning of the Juvenile Delinquents Act (R. S. C. 1970, chapter J-3).
Moreover, the jurisdiction of the Social Welfare Court and of any judge presiding over it shall extend
(a)  to the admission of children to youth protection schools under section 32 of the Youth Protection Act (chapter P-34);
(b)  to adoption under the Adoption Act (chapter A-7);
(c)  to infringements of provincial laws or municipal by-laws committed by children of less than eighteen years of age.
