107. The assignment of a judge to a division shall be determined by the chief judge.

107. The assignment of a judge to a regional section shall be determined by the Government.
The assignment of a judge to a division shall be determined by the chief judge after consultation with the senior associate chief judge concerned.

107. The years during which a judge of the sessions, a judge of the Provincial Court or a judge of the Youth Court has held, at a time prior to his appointment as such, any judicial office to which a pension was attached by virtue of this act, shall be counted for the purposes of his pension as holder of his new office.
