55. If leave to appeal is given, it is brought by way of an inscription filed in the office of the Court of Appeal within ten days after the judgment authorizing the appeal.

55. An appeal shall lie to such Tribunal from any decision of the Régie de l’assurance automobile du Québec suspending, cancelling or refusing a permit or registration certificate, excepting cases in which it is called upon by law to do so.
