52. The Attorney General may, by virtue of his office and without notice, take part in a hearing of the Tribunal as if he were a party thereto.

52. The appeal is brought in conformity with the rules of the Code of Civil Procedure (chapter C-25), except as provided in sections 53 to 56.

52. The Government shall appoint one of the judges of the Transport Tribunal chairman of the Tribunal and two other judges of the Provincial Court substitutes for the other members.

52. The Gouvernement shall appoint one of the judges of the Transport Tribunal chairman of the Tribunal and two other judges of the Provincial Court substitutes for the other members. The chairman of such Tribunal shall have the same status and be entitled to the same salary, pension and allowance as is granted by law to the chief judge of the court of which he is a judge.
