37. Unless otherwise prescribed by regulation, every permit shall be valid for not over one year, expire on the last day of March each year and may be renewed, with or without changes.

37. Unless otherwise prescribed by regulation, every permit shall be valid for not over one year, expire on the last day of March each year and may be renewed, with or without changes, upon payment of the annual duties.
The Commission may enter into an agreement with the Régie de l’assurance automobile du Québec in order to have the payable annual duties collected in its name by the Régie. The agreement is subject to approval by the Government.
