Every person who contravenes any provision of sections 7 to 11, 14, 19, 20, 39.2, 41.7, 41.8, 43, 48, 48.0.1, 48.1, 79.1, 88 or 94.2 of this Act or any provision of a regulation or by-law determined under subparagraph 25 of the first paragraph of section 60 or subparagraph 13 of the first paragraph of section 62 is guilty of an offence and liable to a fine of not less than $75 nor more than $1 400.
