55. (Repealed).

55. The Commission may give a person designated by it the responsibility of inquiring into the administration or activities of a recognized league.
The person so designated is vested for the purposes of an inquiry with the immunity and powers of a commissioner appointed under the Act respecting public inquiry commissions (chapter C-37), except the power to impose imprisonment.
