48. Except on a question of jurisdiction, no application for judicial review under the Code of Civil Procedure (chapter C-25.01) may be pursued and no injunction may be granted against the Commissioner or the persons authorized by the Commissioner to conduct inquiries or to act as inspectors.
A judge of the Court of Appeal may, on an application, annul on summary examination any decision, order or injunction rendered or granted contrary to the first paragraph.

48. Except on a question of jurisdiction, no remedy under article 33 of the Code of Civil Procedure (chapter C-25) or extraordinary recourse within the meaning of that Code may be pursued and no injunction may be granted against the Commissioner or the persons authorized by the Commissioner to conduct inquiries or to act as inspectors.
A judge of the Court of Appeal may, upon a motion, annul on summary examination any decision, order or injunction issued or granted contrary to the first paragraph.
