6. The Société is administered by a board of directors consisting of nine members appointed by the Government, including the chair and the president and chief executive officer.

6. The Société is administered by a board of directors consisting of nine members, including the chair and the president and chief executive officer.
The Government shall appoint the members of the board of directors, other than the chair and the president and chief executive officer, taking into consideration the expertise and experience profiles approved by the board. Board members are appointed for a term of up to four years.

6. The business of the Société shall be managed by a board of directors consisting of not more than nine members appointed by the Government for a term not to exceed five years.

6. The business of the Corporation shall be managed by a board of directors consisting of not more than 9 members appointed by the Government for a term not to exceed five years.

6. The Corporation shall be composed of five members.
Two of such members shall be appointed for ten years by the Government who shall fix their salaries, which shall not be reduced thereafter. The Government shall appoint one of such two members president of the Corporation.
The other three members shall be appointed by the Government from among the functionaries of the Government or of an agent of the Crown in right of Québec; the Government shall, if necessary, fix the additional salary or the fees or allowances of each of such three members and shall appoint one of them vice-president.
Notwithstanding the expiry of their term, the members of the Corporation shall remain in office until reappointed or replaced.
