4. The Société d’habitation du Québec is a legal person.

4. The Société d’habitation du Québec is a corporation.

4. The Corporation shall be an agent of the Crown in right of Québec.
The Corporation shall be a corporation within the meaning of the Civil Code and shall have the general powers of such a corporation, with such special powers as are assigned to it by this act.
