20. A member of the board of directors or any person authorized for such purpose by the board of directors may, to ascertain compliance with this Act, and the regulations,
(1)  enter, at any reasonable time, an immovable owned by the municipality or by a person who applies for or receives assistance from the Société in the form of a loan or otherwise;
(2)  examine and make copies of the books, registers, accounts, records and other documents containing information related to the assistance provided by the Société;
(3)  require any information related to the administration of this Act and the production of any relevant document.
The member of the board of directors or the person authorized by the board of directors may require from the owner, lessee or occupant of the immovable the assistance necessary for the exercise of his functions.

(1)  enter, at any reasonable time, an immovable owned by the municipality or by a person who applies for or receives assistance from the Corporation in the form of a loan or otherwise;
(2)  examine and make copies of the books, registers, accounts, records and other documents containing information related to the assistance provided by the Corporation;
(3)  require any information related to the administration of this Act and the production of any relevant document.
The member of the Corporation or the person authorized by the Corporation may require from the owner, lessee or occupant of the immovable the assistance necessary for the exercise of his functions.

20. The members of the Corporation and any person authorized for such purpose by the Corporation shall at all times have access to all the books, registers, records and other documents of a municipality, or of any person who applies for or receives assistance from the Corporation in the form of a loan or otherwise, and may make copies thereof; they may at all times enter upon any private or public immoveable to inquire into any fact relating to the exercise of their functions. They may require from any owner, lessee or occupant of an immoveable in a municipality such assistance as is required for such purpose.
