S-6.2 - Act respecting pre-hospital emergency services

16. A person who requests or uses pre-hospital emergency services required or provided in his or her region may file, directly with the health and social services agency concerned, a complaint relating to the services the person received or should have received.
The provisions of Divisions III to VII of Chapter III of Title II of Part I of the Act respecting health services and social services (chapter C-25) apply to the processing of complaints.
