124. A board of directors is established to administer an institution that operates a rehabilitation centre for persons who suffer from alcoholism or other problems of addiction.

124. A board of directors shall be established to administer all the institutions having their head offices in the territory of an agency and operating a rehabilitation centre for persons who suffer from alcoholism or other problems of addiction.
